MPO TCD Control and Data Acquisition System: has the ability to record and display all required MPD data required to run MPD operations, and for fully automated control of the Total Control Driller^© system. Some of the features of the MPO Control and Data Acquisition system are as follows;

• Control System housed in a 20ft A60 unit, which is also a workshop
• MPD Operators Control Pedestal is on rig floor to facilitate communication with Driller
• Additional displays available for the Operators Representative and Driller
• Can be controlled, calibrated and interrogated remotely via the internet, from Control Centre onshore
• Data available to customer via secure internet connection
• Records all surface pressures, temperatures, densities and flow rates on the MPO TCD system
• Records injected rig pump flow rate, using non intrusive meter
• Receives and records WITS 0 protocol data from onsite Mud Logging, MWD and Rig DAS systems

The MPO Total Control Driller^© system can be supplied with various levels of event detection software depending upon the type of well being drilled and the customers requirements;

• Basic kick / mud loss detection software
• Standard dynamic MPD Pore Pressure and Fracture Gradient Analysis software
• Advanced Predictive MPO Pore Pressure and Fracture Gradient Analysis software (patent pending)
